Lin Merage has started and managed several successful business ventures throughout her career. With sustainability and health as the base of her operations, Lin Merage founded companies that give back to the community. Among these organizations are; SSRE Sustainable Real Estate, a real estate company that builds sustainable projects that use the best available tools and resources for healthy homes and offices. Nature In Sync, is a real estate investment company focused on designs and projects that are eco-friendly and sustainable for residential and commercial developments.
As a sustainability entrepreneur Lin Merage focuses on protecting the environment and assisting customers to lead healthier lives. That also extends into creating sustainable and healthy homes or offices for the community. Lin Merage has worked with several partnerships along with her own companies to provide Denver with sustainable buildings and structures for the future. Lin Merage stays connected with others in her community through membership in a number of organizations. She belongs to the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce; National Retail Federation; Organic Trade Association; U.S. Green Building Council; and Green America, a nationwide, nonprofit consumer organization that supports sustainability, along with social and economic justice. Ms. Merage also has her own small foundation where she provides assistance to young people in need of funding for books, education, and living expenses while they attend special needs schools. She also has donated groceries to a large family once a month.
Lin Merage is actively donating to the red cross for Ukraine and Denver's Hope House.
